Motorcyclist Killed Crash With Dump Truck

ISSAQUAH —

Police shut down a major intersection in Issaquah while they investigated a fatal crash between a motorcyclist and a dump truck, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

Video from Chopper 7 showed a dump truck pulled over and a motorcycle on the sidewalk as well as a tarp covering what appeared to be a body.

Police said the collision occurred at about 7:40 a.m. The motorcyclist, a 44-year-old Seattle man was killed.

Traffic is reduced to one lane in both north and south directions around the intersection at East Lake Sammamish Parkway and 229th Avenue Southeast.
