Motorcyclist Killed In Mill Creek Crash

MILL CREEK, Wash. —

A motorcycle crash killed a Brier man early Friday morning in Mill Creek, Washington State Patrol troopers said.

The 46-year-old man was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle northbound on Bothell-Everett Highway at about 12:30 a.m. when he hit the curb near 161st Street Southeast and slammed into a cement planter.

Troopers said the motorcycle was going around 45 mph and conditions were clear. The rider was not impaired or speeding at the time of the crash, troopers said.

A friend riding with him saw the accident and called for help, but the man died at the scene.
