SEATTLE —
President Obama will fly to Paine Field for a tour of the Boeing plant in his visit to Washington state on Friday morning, a White House source tells KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.
The president will give a speech at about 11:30 a.m. about manufacturing and exports, the source said.
The visit comes after the president released his next budget, setting the stage for a big budget fight with Republicans.
Obama’s long-range budget calls for $4 trillion in cuts over the next decade. The plan includes higher taxes on the wealthy and cuts in some corporate tax breaks.
