SPANAWAY, Wash. —
Deputies are looking for three boys caught on camera trashing a Spanaway middle school last month.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office said that on Oct. 14 and Oct. 28, the boys were seen riding bicycles around Cedarcrest Middle School on 13th Avenue Court East.
On both days around 3 p.m., surveillance cameras captured images of the boys using sticks to break out windows in several portable classrooms before fleeing the school grounds.
Two of the boys appear to be white, about 12 or 13 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 110 to 140 pounds. The third boy appears to be white, about 8 or 9 years old, 4 feet tall and 70 pounds.
All three boys were wearing dark hooded sweatshirts and were riding black BMX-style bicycles.
Anyone who recognizes the boys is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Tacoma/Pierce County at 253-591-5959.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charges filed for those responsible for the crimes in the case.
