Police Arrest Boys Suspected Of Milkshake Attacks

BREMERTON, Wash. —

Bremerton detectives said they arrested three teenagers who they think threw milkshakes at pedestrians from their vehicle, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

One victim who was struck with two milkshakes early Wednesday provided authorities with a description of the vehicle the teens were riding in.

Police said they were able to find the convertible Jeep shortly after.

The victim, a 32-year-old man, said he was walking west on 11th Street at about 1 a.m. when he was struck in the back with two milkshakes from a fast-food restaurant.

Police searched the area and found the Jeep with three teenage boys inside and a milkshake in a cup holder.

During a police interview, one teen admitted that the three had been throwing milkshakes at people.

Additionally, police said a 21-year-old woman was hit in the head with a chocolate milk shake as she walked in Bremerton.

The woman said she was walking Monday shortly before 1 a.m. with a man near the 3500 block of Wheaton Way when the assault occurred.

The boys were taken to the Kitsap County Juvenile Detention Center, accused of assault.
