TACOMA, Wash. —

Authorities arrested three people Tuesday night after a high-speed chase across parts of Tacoma, Fife and other parts of Pierce County.

Video: Manhunt Ends With Crash

One of them, Jesse James Bailey, is a suspect in a series of violent crimes that have occurred in Tacoma in the last month -- possibly including a homicide.

Another member of the alleged ring, Angelique Treptow, was caught later during the night.

The three suspects, in a pickup truck, led police on a 20-minute chase that ended when something flattened one of its tires.

The manhunt continued for two other suspects in what police said is a dangerous group of armed criminals wanted for a crime spree that includes murder, robbery and shoot-outs with police.

Franklin-Scott Dela-Cruz is blamed for the killing of Jerry Reyes, who was shot to death March 15 in a dispute over a parking space.

Two others are charged with first-degree assault for allegedly shooting at two Tacoma police officers who pulled them over for a traffic violation April 7.

The fourth is wanted on a warrant charging her with first-degree robbery.

Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward leading to capture and conviction of these suspects.
