Police Respond To Bomb Scare



SEATTLE —

Late Monday evening Puyallup police responded to a bomb scare during a traffic stop near South Hill Mall.

Police arrested three alleged armed gang members who had been in the vehicle when it was stopped.

Police evacuated a near by Kinder Care and 7-11 before the bomb squad robot detonated what police believed to be a bomb.

Police then used a search warrant to move in on a home, evacuating a neighborhood.

The home was in connection to one of the arrests the police had made earlier.
