VASHON, Wash. —

Jack Randles, 84, of Vashon,  has been missing since 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and was last seen walking near downtown Vashon Island, said the King County Sheriff’s Office.

Police described Randles as 6 foot, 150 pounds, with white hair and a mustache, and was last seen wearing red pajamas. Police also said Randles has Alzheimer’s.

"We want to alert residents of Vashon Island, and people living near the West Seattle and Southworth ferry terminals in case he was able to board the ferry,” said KCSO’s spokesperson Sgt. Cindi West.

A search and rescue unit with the sheriff’s office is currently in the area searching for Randles.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Randles is to call the KCSO at 206-296-3311 or 9-1-1.
