Police Still Searching For Vehicle In Fatal Hit-And-Run

 

EVERETT, Wash. —

Police are still attempting to locate the vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run collision in Everett on Sunday.

At approximately 12:30 a.m., 45-year-old Roberto Beltran was struck by a vehicle and left to die in the 1100 block of 128th Street Southwest in Everett, said the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect’s vehicle as a white or light-colored 2003 to 2006 Toyota Tundra “flair side” pick-up truck. This Toyota Tundra truck is believed to be a unique model.

Photos of the suspect’s vehicle taken by a surveillance camera in the area of the incident were released on Wednesday.

Deputies are also looking for another vehicle, a green mini-type passenger van, that appeared to be following the pick-up at the time of the incident.

Anyone with any information regarding the fatal collision or the vehicles in question is asked to contact the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line at 425-388-3845.

The sheriff's office released a press release early Wednesday that said the truck wanted in connection with the fatal hit-and-run was found, but later said that truck was part of a separate incident.
