Puppy Mill Suspected In Snohomish County

More than 80 dogs were found Friday in a kennel near Stanwood.

No dogs were seized by animal control officers.

But the animals were living in poor conditions, animal control officers said.

Officials suspect the property was being used as a puppy mill.

The kennel had three times the number of dogs allowed on a single property in Snohomish County, animal control officers said.
