TACOMA, Wash. —

A search continues for the husband of a slain Tacoma woman whose body was found in a bathtub in her home, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported.

Jayson Jones is considered a "person of interest" in the death of Pepper Jones, 27, who was found dead Sunday evening, police said.

No one has seen the couple since last Friday, and the family car is missing, police said.

The two, who met in high school, were married for nearly 10 years.

Neighbors said the couple kept to themselves.

"(There was) no arguing," said Raymond Brandt, a neighbor. "I never heard one word coming out of that house."

The missing car is a red, 2004 four-door Kia Optima with Washington license plate 381 SLT.

The couple's 7-year-old daughter was staying with relatives.
