Seattle police plunge for good cause

SEATTLE —

Seattle police participated in a polar plunge Saturday morning to help raise money for a good cause.

 

 

The plunge happened at South Lake Union and the money raised went to Special Olympics Washington.

 

 

Seattle Police Chief Jon Diaz joined in with the other officers for the plunge.

 

 

More than $97,000 was raised from the event.
