SEATTLE —

Bundle up today. A cold front is expected to

move onshore late this afternoon. Snow shower activity may continue

through tonight in the mountains and taper off midday Monday.

People planning travel across the Cascades should be prepared

for winter weather driving conditions.

A high wind watch is in effect today for the

northwest interior. The watch includes western Whatcom and Skagit

counties, the San Juan Islands, Whidbey Island and the Admiralty

Inlet areas.
