SEATTLE —

Boeing reportedly has a fix for the battery problem that's grounded every 787 Dreamliner.

A source told Reuters the fix involves moving the cells inside the lithium ion batteries further apart.

That source thinks the overheating issues are being caused by the cells being too close together.

Boeing reportedly told Dreamliner customer Air India that the 787 should be flying again by early April.

The FAA grounded all Dreamliners last month after a 787 was forced to make an emergency landing in Japan.

Earlier this month, the NTSB said the government should reassess its safety approval of the 787's batteries.
