Surveillance Pic Released In Mercer Island Carjacking Case

MERCER ISLAND, Wash. —

Mercer Island Police have released a surveillance photo in connection with the carjacking of a newspaper carrier early Sunday morning.

Investigators asked for the public's help in identifying two "persons of interest" in the case.

The two -- a man and a woman -- were spotted about an hour after the carjacking, trying to use the victim's credit card to get money from an ATM near Sea-Tac Airport.
