KENT, Wash. —

The King County prosecutor's office says charges may be filed tomorrow against a 33-year-old Kent man arrested in the slaying of a Seattle nightclub owner and his wife at their home in Kent. Video: Bail Set For Suspect In Horrific Slayings

John Q. Morimoto was arrested Saturday when he was found near a Hummer that had been taken from the home. Police found it through the OnStar G-P-S tracking system.

The King County medical examiner's office conducted autopsies on the bodies of Michael and Michelle Phan. It says the two died of "sharp force injuries."

The couple's seven-year-old daughter Cindy was found wounded when the bodies were found Friday by a relative. She's in satisfactory condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

As of yesterday, her uncle said the girl had not been told about her parents' death.

The uncle, Zoon Phan, says police told him the motive for the killings was robbery.

Morimoto lives at his parents' home in the same neighborhood, just three doors down from the victims. He's jailed with bail set at $3 million dollars.

Court papers say he told police Phan was killed by a gang that had been turned down it its attempt to buy his nightclub. Morimoto says the gang was forcing him to get rid of the Phan's vehicle when he was caught.
