Suspect Robs Lacey Bank At Gunpoint



LACEY, Wash. —

A suspect with a handgun walked into a Bank of America and demanded cash early Monday morning, according to the Lacey Police Department.

The bank is located at 1243 Marvin Road N.E. inside of a Safeway store.

The suspect reportedly contacted a bank employee, showed a gun and demanded money. Afterward, the assailant fled on foot and left the parking lot in a vehicle.

Witnesses described the man as a white male between 50 and 59 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing just over 220 pounds. The man entered the bank wearing a light blue baseball hat, black long sleeve button up shirt and black pants.
