Non-motorized Green Lake Green Lake Cove A 50’ section of shoreline facing north and located at the eastern corner of Green Lake, south of the East Green Lake Beach. Non-motorized Green Lake Green Lake East A 50’ section of shoreline located along the eastern shoreline of Green Lake at the foot of NE 64th Street. Non-motorized Green Lake Green Lake Small Craft Center Three low floats and adjacent shoreline at 5900 West Green Lake Way North. Priority use for these floats is reserved for Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation programs. Non-motorized Green Lake Green Lake West A 50’ section of shoreline at Green Lake located northwest of Duck Island. Non-motorized Lake Union Lake Union Power Plant Low float located on eastern shore of Lake Union immediately to the west of Zymogentics at the old power plant; tie-up time is limited to 2 hours. Non-motorized Lake Union Fairview Ohlmsted Park Fairview Ohlmsted Park – a public float which will be completed and open to the public in 1999; tie-up time is limited to 2 hours. Non-motorized Lake Union South Passage Park South Passage Park – a 45’ float located at the eastern property line and connecting to private property owned by George Pocock Rowing Center; Public access is granted through an agreement with George Pocock Rowing Center; no tie-up is permitted; boats must be attended at all times. Non-motorized Lake Union Terry Pettus Park Terry Pettus Park – the shoreline and public float; tie-up time is limited to 2 hours. Power or Non-Power Lake Union South Lake Union Park The floats to be located along the shoreline at Westlake Avenue North and Valley Street which will be completed and available for public use in 1999; no power boat launching is permitted at this location; power boat tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours. Power or Non-Power Lake Union Sunnyside Boat Ramp Sunnyside Boat Ramp - The public boat launch ramp located at the intersection of Sunnyside Avenue North and North Northlake Way; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes. Boat Ramp Lake Washington Atlantic City Boat Ramp Seward Park Ave. and S. Henderson Street. Southernmost boat ramp on Lake Washington; wide ramp that can accommodate up to six launches and/or retrievals at a time; lots of birds and animals make this area their home. Boat Ramp Lake Washington Stan Sayres 46th Ave. S. and Lake Washington Blvd S. (206) 684-4075 Four wide launching lanes; great views on clear days. Boat Ramp Lake Washington Warren G. Magnuson Boat Ramp NE 65th Street and Sand Point Way NE. Located at south end of park. Three long piers, four ramp lanes (the two south lanes are for launching and the two north lanes for retrieval); lots of parking; fee machine. Non-motorized Lake Washington Adams Street A 50’ section of shoreline located at the northern end of the public parking lot which is located at Adams Street and Lake Washington Boulevard South Non-motorized Lake Washington Bailey Peninsula A 50’ section of shoreline located at the northern tip of Bailey Peninsula at Seward Park, and northwest of the public restroom. Access is restricted to boats arriving by water only. Non-motorized Lake Washington Beer Sheva Park Located at the eastern end of South Henderson Street at Lake Washington, and south of Atlantic City Boat Ramp; site to be opened for public boating access this year following completion of a combined sewer overflow project. Non-motorized Lake Washington Leschi A 60’ float located at Central Leschi and labeled as "Police Dock"; no tie-up is permitted except by Seattle Police; boats must be attended at all times; priority use is reserved for Seattle Police. Non-motorized Lake Washington Magnuson Park A 100’ section of shoreline located south of the public boat launching ramps and north of the south boundary of the park. Non-motorized Lake Washington Magnuson Park A 30’ section of shoreline located immediately to the east of the Magnuson tower. Non-motorized Lake Washington Matthews Beach Park The sandbar shoreline measuring 100 feet in length located immediately to the north of the site where Thornton Creek meets Lake Washington. Non-motorized Lake Washington Seward Park A 30’ section of shoreline located on the southern shore of Bailey Peninsula at Seward Park and east of the southeast shoreline parking area. Non-motorized Lake Washington Ohler’s Island Ohler’s Island – the southern shore of Ohler’s Island and the eastern most float located at, and adjacent to Lakewood Moorage; access is restricted to boats arriving by water only; tie-up time is limited to 30 minutes. Non-motorized Lake Washington Stan Sayers Park/Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center Stan Sayers Park/Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center - the small craft floats located to the west of Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center; priority use for these floats is reserved for Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation programs; no tie-up is permitted; boats must be attended at all times. Power or Non-Power Lake Washington Atlantic City Boat Ramp The public boat launch ramp located at South Henderson Street and Seward Park Avenue South; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes. Power or Non-Power Lake Washington Ferdinand Street Hand-carry Boat Ramp A hand-carry boat launch access site located along the shoreline at the intersection of South Ferdinand Street and Lake Washington Boulevard South; tie-up time is limited to 2 hours. Power or Non-Power Lake Washington Leschi A fixed pier located at Central Leschi; no power boat launching is permitted at this location; power boat tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours. Power or Non-Power Lake Washington Madison Street Dock The dock located at the eastern end of Madison Street where it meets Lake Washington; no launching facilities at this location; tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours. Power or Non-Power Lake Washington Magnuson Park The public boat launch located at the eastern end of Northeast 65th Street where it meets Lake Washington; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes. Power or Non-Power Lake Washington Stan Sayers Park Boat Ramp The public boat launch ramp located at 3800 Lake Washington Boulevard South on the east side of the peninsula; tie-up time at public launching ramp is limited to 15 minutes. The finger piers located on the west side of the peninsula where tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours, but power boat launching is not permitted. Boat Ramp Puget Sound Don Armeni Boat Ramp Harbor Avenue and Maryland Street (south of the Duwamish Head) Saltwater; popular with fishermen; great view of Seattle; remodeled in 1984; fee machine. Boat Ramp Puget Sound Eddie Vine Boat Ramp 8000 block of Seaview Avenue NW, Ballard. Seattle's northernmost saltwater boat ramp; popular with fishermen; new center float. Non-motorized Puget Sound Alki Beach east A section of shoreline located between 53rd Avenue SW and 55th Avenue SW. Non-motorized Puget Sound Alki Beach west A section of shoreline located at the western property line and extending northwest for 200’. Non-motorized Puget Sound Belvoir Place Belvoir Place – the entire shoreline area including the dock. Tie-up is limited to two hours. Non-motorized Puget Sound Carkeek Park Carkeek Park – a section of shoreline located south of the overpass and extending south for 300’. Access is restricted to boats arriving by water only. Non-motorized Puget Sound Cormorant Cove Park Cormorant Cove Park – the shoreline located at 3701 Beach Drive Southwest. Non-motorized Puget Sound Discovery Park Discovery Park – a 100’ section of shoreline located north of the West Point Lighthouse and a 100’ section of shoreline located south of the West Point Lighthouse. Access is restricted to boats arriving by water only. Non-motorized Puget Sound Golden Gardens Park Golden Gardens Park – a section of shoreline located at the south property line and extending north for 300’. Non-motorized Puget Sound Lincoln Park Lincoln Park - a section of shoreline located at the south property line and extending north for 300’. Non-motorized Puget Sound Lowman Park Lowman Park - the entire shoreline at Lowman Park. Non-motorized Puget Sound Martha Washington Park Martha Washington Park – a 50’ section of shoreline located on the northern half of the park. Non-motorized Puget Sound Sand Point Sand Point – a future location along the northern shore of Sand Point Naval base at a site which will be designated during a design process and will be made available to the public prior to 2000. Non-motorized Puget Sound Richey Viewpoint Park Richey Viewpoint Park – The western most portion of the park near the foot of the western stairway. Non-motorized Puget Sound Seacrest Park Seacrest Park – the pocket beach (#1) located at the south end of Seacrest Park; and the pocket beach (#3) located at the north end of Seacrest Park. Non-motorized Puget Sound Thirty-second Avenue West Thirty-second Avenue West – the southern street end of 32nd Avenue West located in Magnolia. Power or Non-Power Puget Sound Washington Street Day Moorage Washington Street Day Moorage – The public floats located at the west end of Washington Street where is meets Elliott Bay; tie-ups are permitted for up to 10 hours but no overnight moorage. Power or Non-Power Puget Sound Don Armeni Boat Ramp Don Armeni Boat Ramp – The public boat launch ramp located at 1228 Harbor Avenue Southwest; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes. Power or Non-Power Puget Sound Eddie Vine Boat Ramp Eddie Vine Boat Ramp - The public boat launch ramp located at the north end of Seaview Avenue Northwest and south of Golden Gardens Park; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes. Power or Non-Power Puget Sound Seacrest Marina Seacrest Marina – The floats located at 1660 Harbor Avenue Southwest; no public power boat launching is permitted at this location except as an approved Seattle Parks and Recreation Contract or Concession activity; power boat tie-up is permitted for up to 30 minutes at designated places and times, that do not conflict with priority uses; priority use of docks and floats may be determined by Superintendent. Boat Ramp Ship Canal 14th Ave. Northwest Boat Ramp 14th Ave. Northwest Boat Ramp - Near 14th Ave NW and 45th St. Small ramp; renovated in 1996; two piers; two launch lanes; free of charge. Boat Ramp Ship Canal Sunnyside Boat Ramp Sunnyside Boat Ramp - Sunnyside Avenue N., east of Gasworks Park on the Ship Canal. Single pier; wide ramp; free of charge; very limited parking; renovated in 1996 Non-motorized Ship Canal McCurdy Park McCurdy Park – a 30’ section of shoreline located on the eastern edge of the Museum of History and Industry parking lot, and located immediately to the south of the Washington Park Arboretum waterfront trail. Non-motorized Ship Canal Washington Park Arboretum Washington Park Arboretum – a 50’ section of shoreline located at the southwestern corner of the bay. Power or Non-Power Ship Canal Fourteenth Avenue NW Boat Ramp Fourteenth Avenue NW Boat Ramp - The public boat launch ramp located at the southern end of 14th Avenue Northwest, on the north side of the Lake Washington Ship Canal; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
