CENTRALIA, Wash. —

Police have arrested three teens accused of using slingshots to break windows in downtown Centralia.

The three -- a 19-year-old woman, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy -- were jailed Saturday for investigation of felony malicious mischief charges.

Police said the three admitted using wrist rocket slingshots with BBs and pellets to randomly shoot plate glass windows.

Vandals used BB guns to shoot out windows at several businesses, including a thrift store whose profits go to the needy.

A cleaning supply store, motorcycle shop and a veterans' museum were also hit.
