The holiday season is a time for happiness and goodwill. It is also a time for giving and helping those in need, especially economically disadvantaged children.

This year marks the 59th anniversary of the Toys for Tots program and once again, KIRO 7 and the U.S. Marines Corps Reserve will be collecting and distributing more than 100,000 new toys to kids in western Washington.

You can help make this holiday season a little brighter for children who are less fortunate by bringing a new, unwrapped toy or monetary donation to KIRO Television or any Qualstar Credit Union location November 20th through December 22nd.

We also invite you to join KIRO 7, the U.S. Marines Corps, Qualstar Credit Union and Warm 106.9 on Friday, December 15th at the KIRO Television studios for an all day Toys for Tots event. Drop off your donation and enjoy great holiday music, candy canes and much more!
