Here are the things that may have slowed you down Thursday morning:

A medical emergency on the shoulder of northbound I-5 near Mounts Road is causing a visual distraction. There is a 2 mile back up. TIME: 6:54am

Everett: I-5 southbound at 43rd st disabled vehicle partially blocking hov lane TIME: 6:50am UPDATE: HOV lane open not causing any delays

SR520 west a disabled vehicle has been pushed off to the shoulder but it caused some slowing TIME: 6:40am

Chopper 7 is above 167 north right near hwy 18 there is an accident in the HOV lane. Traffic is backing up quickly. TIME: 6:30am

Kent: I-5 north at SR516 there is an incident over on the right shoulder. Traffic is stop and go through Federal Way. TIME: 6:30am

Coal Creek Parkway north entrance to 405 there is a 2 car accident. Police and an ambulance just arrived. TIME: 6:30am

Alert: I-5 at Holgate. One left lane north and one left lane south was closed just after 2am for police activity.

Overnight Construction: SR 520 in Overlake, 405 through Bellevue and I-5 through Northgate. All construction should be wrapped up by 5am
