KINGSTON, Wash. —
The new SoundRunner passenger-only ferry between Kingston and Seattle starts its daily runs on Oct. 18.
Crossings will take about 45 minutes. The boat will make two round trips every weekday morning and afternoon between Kingston and Seattle's Pier 50.
Fares will be $10 one way, or $15 round-trip.
Commuters can get a $275 monthly pass.
