Washington gas prices up 22-cents in a week

SEATTLE —

Gas prices have now gone up 21 days in a row in Washington state.

 

The newest data from AAA shows that the average price of a gallon of gas in the state has gone up 22-cents just in the past week.

 

In the Seattle area, regular unleaded is selling for an average of $3.98 per gallon. Tacoma drivers are paying $3.96. In Bellingham, meanwhile, gas is now $4.04 per gallon.

 

Between Bellingham and Blaine, KIRO 7 crews found gas at $4.39 per gallon for regular unleaded. The crew found other nearby stations charging up to 50-cents less.
