SEATTLE —

Two men who pleaded guilty to manslaughter for

beating a homeless advocate to death were sentenced Friday in

Seattle.

The King County prosecutor's office says 22-year-old

Anthony Charles Weaver of Tacoma was sentenced to nearly 16 years.

And 20-year-old Alex Littlebear was sentence to nearly 13 years.

They argued with Nicholas Helhowski on bus in April of 2002,

followed him off the bus and kicked and beat him to death.

The

20-year-old Helhowski was known as "Rooster" for his red Mohawk
