Vili Fualaau Found Guilty In DUI Case

SEATTLE, Wash. —

Jurors found Vili Fualaau guilty of drunken driving Friday afternoon.

Fualaau, the former grade school student who married his teacher, Mary Kay Letourneau, was pulled over in December for speeding and registered over the legal blood-alcohol limit.

Police said Fualaau confessed to the officer who pulled him over that he had about four shots of vodka earlier in the night.

Fualaau will be sentenced in two weeks.
