ELIGIBILITY: MOViN 92.5 "Watch, Listen and Win" Contest is open to all legal residents of Washington State, who, as of the time of entry are 18 years or older. Except for: employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsors, CBS Broadcasting Inc., MOViN 92.5, Bellevue Radio Inc. and their respective parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, distributors, and members of the immediate family and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOW TO PLAY: You may enter MOViN 92.5 “Watch, Listen and Win” Contest by call in submission only. Each weekday April 30- May 17, 2007, one commercial message will air in the Rachael Ray Show on KIRO 7, 3:00pm-4:00pm, giving the MOViN 92.5 word of the Day. Viewers must listen to Monti on MOViN 92.5 KQMV-FM at 2:00pm the following day (viewers should call in Monday with Friday’s on air word of the day) when Monti will ask for the word of the day from the previous day’s commercial message. Be the first caller with the correct answer and that day’s winner will qualify for a chance to see Rachael Ray live in New York.

PRIZES: One lucky winner will receive 3-day, 2-night trip for two to New York City to attend a taping of Rachael Ray including round-trip coach airfare from SeaTac, and two nights’ hotel accommodations. Trip must be taken between 6/15/07 and 12/15/07, subject to availability. In the event of show or production cancellation, sponsors will have no further obligation than to provide the trip to New York City (hotel and air transportation). DRAWING: Winner will be selected from among all of the first callers received by MOViN 92.5 KQMV-FM each day, May 1 –May 18, 2007 and winner will be announced on MOViN 92.5 during Monti’s show that begins at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2007.

PRIZE CLAIM: To claim prize, potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity release prior to receiving prize. Winner has thirty (30) days from time of notice to claim prize. Noncompliance by a potential winner will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
