Sharon Alfonsi From 1999-2001, Alfonsi was a reporter for KIRO 7 Eyewitness News. She then became a correspondent for the CBS Evening News based in New York. Currently, Alfonsi is an ABC News correspondent based in New York. She reports for all ABC News broadcasts and platforms, including World News with Charles Gibson, Nightline and Good Morning America. alfonsi

Aaron Brown For five years, Aaron Brown anchored the 11 p.m. edition of KIRO 7 Eyewitness News. In 1991, he left KIRO and Seattle to join the staff at ABC News in New York. In 2001, he moved on to CNN; his first day on the job was spent covering the tragedy of September 11. Today, Brown teaches at Arizona State University as its first Walter Cronkite Professor of Journalism. He returned to the anchor chair this summer as the host of Wide Angle, a weekly primetime series on PBS. brown

Susan Hutchison Through the 1980s and 90s, Susan Hutchison co-anchored KIRO 7 Eyewitness News. She is now serving as the Executive Director of the Charles Simonyi Fund for Arts and Sciences, a philanthropic foundation based in Bellevue which provides grants to arts organizations, science programs, and educational institutions. An active participant in local causes, Susan volunteers much of her time and talent to many organizations. hutchison

Neal Karlinsky After reporting for 6 years for KIRO 7 Eyewitness News, Karlinsky joined ABC News in August 2000 and is based in Seattle. He reports for "World News with Charles Gibson," "Good Morning America," and "Nightline" as well as ABC's digital platforms and ABC News Radio. karlinsky

David Kerley After anchoring and reporting in the early 90s for KIRO 7 Eyewitness News, Kerley moved to Chicago where he became the primary anchor at WBBM-TV. Today he is a correspondent for ABC News based in Washington, D.C. Kerley, who joined the network in 2004, contributes regularly to all ABC News broadcasts, including "World News With Charles Gibson," "Good Morning America," and "Nightline," and ABC News' digital properties, including ABC News Radio, ABC News Now and ABCNews.com. kerley

Margaret Larson In the mid- 90s, Larson co-anchor KIRO 7 Eyewitness News with Steve Raible. She went on to work as a correspondent for Dateline NBC. For her last decade in journalism, she spent time volunteering with international aid organization, Mercy Corps and acting as a board member. She is currently an independent contractor for international aid organizations and consults with Mercy Corps, World Vision, Global Partnerships, and PATH. larson

Andy Wappler For 14 years, Wappler served as a meteorologist for KIRO 7 Eyewitness News, first as a weekend weather forecaster and later as KIRO 7’s chief meteorologist. In 2008, he joined Puget Sound Energy as a senior public relations consultant. Wappler communicates the company's work on alternative energy sources and energy conservation plans. wappler

Brian Wood For 20 years, Brian Wood anchored and reported for KIRO 7 Eyewitness News. From 2002 to 2008, Wood was the main anchor and managing editor at WMAR-TV in Baltimore, MD. Currently, Wood anchors at KATU in Portland. wood
