Wildfire Threatens Homes Near Granite Falls



ARLINGTON, Wash. —

A wildfire burning between Granite Falls and Arlington in Snohomish County is threatening as many as four homes.

The fire was reported about 6:00 p.m. Sunday near 155th Avenue NE and Jordan Road.

At least one home was evacuated.

Firefighters from Snohomish County Fire District 17 and three neighboring departments are battling the fire.

The fire covered up to three acres. The cause is under investigation.
