Woman Charged With Stalking Co-Worker Drives Off Stevens Pass



SEATTLE —

Christina Orozco was charged with felony stalking for harassing and stalking a former co-worker Monday morning.

Orozco was sentenced to 10 months in jail for posting a Web site and sending harassing e-mails to her former co-workers family.

Orozco was scheduled to report to jail Tuesday morning but did not show.

Tuesday afternoon the Washington State Patrol responded to a call of a car over an embankment on Highway 2 near Stevens Pass.

When the WSP, arrived they found Orozco’s 2003 Jeep 50 feet down an embankment resting on the passengers side.

Orozco was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where she is in serious condition in the intensive care unit.

Orozco suffered a head injury in the crash.

A witness who saw Orozco drive off the road said it almost looked intentional, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported.
