KIRKLAND, Wash. —

Hall of Fame quarterback and former Seahawks player Warren Moon could still face charges of driving under the influence even though his blood alcohol level tested below the legal limit, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

Moon’s attorney confirmed his DUI breath test results were .067 and .068 when troopers pulled him over in Kirkland last Friday.

The legal limit for intoxication is .08.

Prosecutors said they are still considering a DUI charge.
