Tacoma 6, Iowa 0

TACOMA, Wash. —

Jeff Harris, Andrew Lorraine, and Chris Buglovsky combined on a five-hit shutout Thursday night as the Tacoma Rainiers cruised past the Iowa Cubs, 6-to-nothing, in a Pacific Coast League game.

Tacomas pitchers extended their scoreless inning streak to 22 innings as they blanked the Cubs for the second night in a row.

Harris allowed just two hits in six innings to improve his record to 5-2.

Tacoma's offense was led by a two-run triple by Abraham Nunez in the Rainiers' four-run fourth inning.

The two teams wrap up their series Friday in Tacoma.
