Since 1981, the Phinney Neighborhood Center has provided space in the Phinney/Greenwood neighborhood for arts exhibits, classes and performances. Run by the Phinney Neighborhood Association, the Center is a member-based neighborhood organization dedicated to building community by providing and promoting services. programs and activities that connect neighbors and foster civic involvement.
