All this week, Entertainment Tonight is honoring longtime contributor Leonard Maltin, who has served as film correspondent and historian for ET since 1982!

A native of the New York City area, Maltin graduated from NYU with a degree in journalism. He is the author of numerous cinema-related articles and books, appeared in cameo roles in various films and TV shows, hosts a radio feature, and serves as movie critic for Playboy Magazine. He also teaches at the University of Southern California's School of Cinema and Television.

He also publishes a quarterly newsletter for old-movie buffs, Leonard Maltin's Movie Crazy. Fans can follow his thoughts on current movie trends at www.leonardmaltin.com.

In a special interview for kirotv.com with Penny LeGate, Maltin reveals his favorite film of all time, his most memorable interview, and what movies you MUST see this summer, among other fun facts.
