The entrees are various combinations of steak, poultry and seafood, with everything from duck to Andouille sausage and served with a variety of imaginative sauces and vegetables. They are then prepared in one of several cooking styles, such as Coq Au Vin, which combines the flavors of fresh herbs, mushrooms, garlic, imported spices and a hearty burgundy wine. This restaurant is all about choices, and the Melting Pot has plenty of them.
