Show Description

1. Casino Night is a weekly 1-hour game show consisting of six weekly episodes, airing from July 23-August 27, 2004.

2. Format consists of 10 couples competing against each other for a chance to win an opportunity to spin a wheel for a chance to win $1 Million (payable as a 40-year annuity).

3. Each couple plays as a team, playing Slots, Roulette, Black Jack, Baccarat and Texas Hold'em Poker.

4. Show producers will establish betting limits for each round as episodes progress in the series.

5. Each team will start with $9,000 in play chips (no cash value) ("Play Chips") and $1,000 in play slot machine vouchers (no cash value) (slots may also be referred to as "machines" by casino) ("Play Vouchers") (the value of these Play Chips and Play Vouchers will be referred to herein as "Play Money"). The goal of each team is to build their chip and voucher total to the highest amount possible.

6. The teams will play in "rounds" and each round will be timed and will last for a minimum of 30 minutes.

7. Show Format:

Show 1: In Show 1, the 10 teams will be split into 2-groups of 5 teams each: Group A and Group B. Group A will start the Show with a "free-for-all" round. The "free-for-all" round will be played as follows: Each team will be required to play every game (Slots, Roulette, Black Jack, Baccarat) at least once during the free-for-all round. After a team has played every game one time during a particular round, the team will be free to play whatever game(s) they wish during the time remaining in that round. After the Group A teams have finished their free-for-all round, the Group B teams will play a free-for-all round in the same format. After the Group B teams have finished their free-for-all round, the team with the lowest Play Money total from Group A will face-off at the Roulette table against the team with the lowest Play Money total from Group B to determine which team will get eliminated. The team with the lowest Play Money total of the two couples will pick the color Red or Black as that team's bet. The opposing team will be assigned the color (either Red or Black) not chosen by the first team. The teams will not be playing for Play Chips or Play Vouchers - the outcome of this game will only determine which team gets eliminated. The team that loses the Roulette spin will be eliminated. If a green color comes up, the wheel will be re-spun until a team is eliminated. After this elimination, the remaining nine (9) teams will continue on to the third segment of the Show. In the third segment, the teams will play one full round of each game (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and Texas Hold 'Em Poker). Each round will consist of one game only (i.e., Roulette for one whole round, Baccarat for one whole round, etc.) with Texas Hold 'Em Poker constituting the last round. During this segment, the team with the lowest total Play Money at the end of the first three rounds of play will be a given the option of issuing a challenge to any other team (there will be no challenge bet during the 4th roun d of play, which is Texas Hold 'Em Poker). The challenge bet must be played at whatever game is being played at that particular round. This challenge will have a bet limit of half of the challenging team's total Play Money count, with a maximum bet of $1000, and the challenged team will be required to match the challenge bet. The challenging team will also have the first choice as to how to place the bet (i.e. black/red color, or where to sit at the Black Jack and Baccarat tables). The challenge bet is made by the challenging team against the challenged team and is not against the house/dealer. In a card game challenge bet, the team with the best hand will win the Play Money in the challenge bet. If the teams tie, it will be considered a push and both teams will keep their initial challenge bets wagered. In a Roulette challenge bet, the opposing teams will pick either Red or Black. If the color spin on Roulette comes up red or black, the team that picked the color that comes up in the spin will win the Play Money in the challenge bet. If the color spin comes up green, this will be considered a push, and both teams will keep their initial challenge bets wagered. After the teams finish the last round of play, which will consist of Texas Hold 'Em Poker, the team with the lowest Play Money total will be eliminated from competition, and the team with the highest Play Money total will be permitted to spin a wheel to have Play Money added to their total - the amount spun will be added to that team's Play Money total and carried over to the next Show.

Shows 2-5: Shows 2 through 5 will have the same format as Show 1 except that there will not be a roulette elimination after Group B's free-for-all round.

Show 6: The format of the final Show, and the games that will be played during the final Show, will be determined by the Show's producers in their sole discretion. The team with the highest Play Money total at the end of Show 6 will be declared the Winning Team for the Show and will have a chance to spin a wheel for a chance to win the Grand Prize.

9. In all Shows, the team with the lowest Play Money total will have first choice of seating at any card gaming table. All other seats will be up for grabs on a first come, first served basis. Any disputed choice of seating if any, will be settled by Show producers.

10. After the 3rd segment of each Show, each team will be given a one-time chance to "Call The Expert" to ask for advice on a particular game. Each team will get only one chance to "Call the Expert" per episode and may use their "Call The Expert" option at any time after the 3rd segment.

11. After each of the first five Shows, Show producers will award additional Play Chips to all the surviving teams. Amount will be determined by Show producers in their sole discretion and equal amounts will be given to all surviving teams.

12. One team will be eliminated before Roulette in Show 1, and one team will be eliminated after Texas Hold'em Poker in each of Shows 1-5. In Show 6, the four (4) surviving teams will play for a chance to be declared the Winning Team.

13. The team with the highest Play Money total at the end of each of Shows 1-5 will be given a one-time spin of a wheel at the end of the show to add to their Play Chip total. The additional Play Chips won during the one-time spin will be carried over by that team to the following Show(s).

14. The winning team will be given the opportunity to spin a wheel one time for a chance to win the Grand Prize of $1 Million payable as a 40-year annuity (odds of winning team winning the Grand Prize are 1-in-60).

15. All rules for each game will be provided to the teams in advance by the Tulalip Casino in accordance with the rules and requirements of the Washington State Gambling Commission.

16. This is a made for television event and Show producers have total authority and sole discretion over content and video aired during the 6 Shows.
