The Bassett Furniture Memorial Day Sale Giveaway begins May 15, 2008 and ends May 26, 2008. Contest is sponsored by KIRO 7 and Bassett Furniture. No purchase necessary. While supplies last.
ELIGIBILITY: The Bassett Furniture Memorial Day Sale Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Washington State, who, as of the time of entry are 18 years or older. Except for: employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Bassett Furniture Direct, and Cox Broadcasting and their respective parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, distributors, and members of the immediate family and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Giveaway void where prohibited by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOW TO PLAY: You may enter the Bassett Furniture Memorial Day Sale Giveaway in person only at one of the three Bassett Furniture Locations (Lynnwood, Tukwila and Redmond) from May 15, 2008 - May 26, 2008. Pick up and drop off an official entry form at any of the three locations. Entry forms available while supplies last. All entries must be received no later than 9pm (PST) on May 26, 2008. One entry per person. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void.
KIRO 7 and Bassett Furniture will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by KIRO 7 in its sole, reasonable discretion, and KIRO 7 reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest.
PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 3-day, 2-night trip for two to the Napa Wine Country, California including round-trip coach airfare from SeaTac to Oakland, CA, rental car and rental car taxes and fees, Balloon Ride for two, choice of Dinner or Wine Tour on the NAPA VALLEY WINE TRAIN. Trip must be taken between June 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009, subject to space availability and excluding holidays. Taxes, amenities, gratuities and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. (Retail Value: $1,800).
Prizes are limited to one per household during the contest period. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and merchandise may not be substituted. The prizewinners are responsible for compliance with all conditions that may be set by the sponsors.
DRAWING: Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received through random drawing to be conducted on or about May 30, 2008. The random drawing will be conducted under the direct supervision of KIRO 7. Winners will be notified by email or phone on or about May 30, 2008. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE CLAIM: To claim the grand prize, potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity release prior to receiving prize. Winner has 48 hours from time of notice to claim grand prize. Noncompliance by a potential winner will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
GENERAL RULES: Sponsors and each of their agencies are not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, not received, stolen, mutilated or illegible entries or mail. By entering this drawing, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relative to this Contest.
