Seattle SuperSonics (24-35) At New York Knicks (28-33), 7:30 P.m.

(Sports Network) - The Seattle SuperSonics try and stay on the winning path when they open a four-game road trip tonight against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Seattle has won two in a row, including Sunday's 96-89 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats at Key Arena. Ray Allen scored 34 points and Rashard Lewis added 28 for Seattle, which has won three of its last four. Earl Watson had 10 points and 10 assists off the bench in the win.

The SuperSonics, who are last in the Northwest Division and 5 1/2 games off the eighth and final playoff spot in the West, will open a four-game trek against New York, Philadelphia, Boston and Toronto. They are an abysmal 6-22 away from the Emerald City this season.

In injury news, Sonics guard Luke Ridnour (neck) and center Danny Fortson (knee) are both questionable for Tuesday's game.

New York, meanwhile, will shoot for its third straight win, and recorded a 104-100 overtime victory against the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday at Philips Arena.

Stephon Marbury had 38 points and nine assists to lead the Knicks, who won consecutive games for the first time since ripping off a pair of triumphs from February 3-6. Steve Francis added a season-high 26 points for New York, which has won three of four and moved within a half game of New Jersey and Orlando for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Knicks, who are 4 1/2 games off the lead in the Atlantic standings, are back at Madison Square Garden where they have won seven in a row and own a 17-13 record this season.

On the injury front for the Knicks, guards Quentin Richardson (back) and Nate Robinson (flu/stomach virus) are questionable versus the Sonics.

Tuesday's matchup between Seattle and New York is the second and final meeting of the season. The Knicks won the first encounter, 111-93, on January 5 at Key Arena.

New York has won three straight after losing the last two meetings, while Seattle has lost seven of eight and nine of its last 14 in the Big Apple.
