Lions Re-Sign CB Keith Smith

Allen Park, MI -- (Sports Network) - The Detroit Lions have re-signed cornerback Keith Smith to a two-year contract.Smith led the Lions with three interceptions in 2007, returning one 64 yards for a touchdown against Chicago. He also set a career high with 44 tackles, including 36 solo. The Lions selected Smith out of McNeese State in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He has four career interceptions and 104 tackles in 60 games, including four starts.
