KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks radio commentator and former player Warren Moon was in court Monday for a pre-trial hearing in his driving under the influence case.

Moon will go to trial on June 10.

The Hall of Fame quarterback was arrested in Medina last December for driving with expired tabs and for investigation of drunken driving.

Police also said that Moon had a Texas state driver's license, but that his privileges to drive in Washington were suspended.
