Bellevue Wolverines Face Capital Cougars In Delayed Semifinal

The Bellevue High School football team beat the Capital Cougars in the state semifinal football game that was delayed by bus accident on Friday.

A charter bus carrying members of the school's football team overturned Friday in a four-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 south of Seattle, injuring eight people. The 12-0 Wolverines were headed to play the 9-3 Capital Cougars of Olympia in the state Class 3A prep football semifinals at the Tacoma Dome.
