Rockies Sign P Flores To A Minor League Deal

Denver, CO -- (Sports Network) - The Colorado Rockies agreed to a minor league contract with pitcher Randy Flores on Thursday.Flores, 33, went 1-0 with one save and a 5.26 earned run average in 43 games for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2008. The left-handed reliever appeared in eight games for the Rockies in 2002. For his career, Flores is 9-4 with four saves and a 4.78 ERA in 265 games -- three starts -- with the Rangers, Rockies and Cardinals.
