Rick Price, TV News Reporter/Aviation Specialist for KIRO-TV, joined the Channel 7 News Team in November of 1995. A native of Evanston, Illinois, Rick worked as a News Reporter/Aviation Specialist from September 1988 to November 1995 at KOMO-TV in Seattle and anchored at KREM-TV in Spokane from September 1985 to September 1987. In addition, Rick served as a Weekend Anchor/Reporter at KAKE-TV in Wichita, Kansas from March 1982 to August 1985 and at WIFR-TV in Rockford, Illinois from October 1979 to March 1982.
Rick graduated from Freeport Senior High School in Freeport, Illinois and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater at Rockford College in Rockford. He also earned his pilot's license in Spokane in 1986 and is a private pilot. Rick resides in Issaquah with his wife, and their daughter and son.
