E-mail AmyAmy Clancy is Consumer Investigator/Investigative Reporter for KIRO 7 Eyewitness News. She joined KIRO 7 in March of 1988.Amy started as an intern and became an assistant producer, associate producer and then the producer for KIRO News at Noon. She also produced a nightly half-hour show entitled "7:30" and was a reporter for "Hour Northwest" during the first few months of the show. Later, she worked as producer/reporter for "Nerissa at Nine," and was the entertainment reporter for 7-Live. Amy left KIRO after 5 1/2 years and moved to Philadelphia, but returned to Seattle, and KIRO, after less than a yearAmy attended Lakes High School in Lakewood, Wash., and earned her B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Washington in 1988.A native of Lakewood, Amy resides in Seattle with her husband. In her spare time, Amy enjoys running, skiing, golfing, going to the movies and reading when she gets the chance.
