KIRO 7 will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible data or for failure to receive data due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor. Any questions regarding data submitted shall be determined by KIRO 7 in its sole, reasonable discretion, and KIRO 7 reserves the right to disqualify data submitted by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest.
