$6 Round-Trip Toll Considered For New 520 Bridge

SEATTLE -- A new $4 billion Evergreen Point Floating bridge could be paid for with a $3 toll each way under a highway improvement plan on November's ballot.The toll would help close the gap between existing federal and state funding and the total cost to replace the bridge.

State funds, federal grants and a car-tab tax would also help pay for the project.
