Good Morning it's Friday YAY! Time to kick start this Friday on a great note, we'll be watching the roads for you closely to let you know if anything gets in your way. The driving conditions are a mixed bag this morning. Some places are wet and others are dry. Plus check out all the events happening this weekend below, to make sure you plan ahead.

Here are the things that may have slowed you down Friday morning:

A car fire: South on the Highway 3 ramp to Kitsap Mall TIME: 6:50am

I-405 north at the Kennydale Hill WSP has arrived to assist someone with a tire change. They are blocking half of the on ramp from NE44th. TIME: 6:40am

I-5 north through Federal Way, seeing several cars over on the shoulder. Looks like an accident involving several cars. Slowing in the area. TIME: 6:20am

Overnight construction: It looks like most overnight construction has wrapped up.

Weekend Events:

Tonight:
-The Seattle Mariners play the New York Yankees at Safeco Field. Game time is 7:10 p.m.
-Seattle to Vancouver, BC Bicycle Tour on various roads, including SR 9 and SR 538

Saturday:
-Beaver Lake Triathlon from 7:45 a.m. to noon. Participants will be on SR 202. Uniformed officers will control traffic at the following intersections from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.: SR 202/292nd Avenue SE and SR 202/308th Avenue SE.
-Covey Run 10K Race and Talking Rain 5K Fun Run and Walk from 7:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on SR 202 in Woodinville.
Northbound SR 202 will be closed between NE 145th Street and NE 175th Street.
-The Rat City Rollergirls will be at the ShoWare Center in Kent at 6 p.m.
-The Seattle Mariners play the New York Yankees at Safeco Field. Game time is 7:10 p.m.
-Seattle to Vancouver, BC Bicycle Tour on various roads, including SR 9 and SR 538 -Seattle Hempfest at Seattle waterfront parks from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday -
-The Danskin Women's Triathlon takes place in Seattle. The race begins at 6:45 a.m. at Genesee Park. The cycling portion of the race will take competitors on the I-90 floating bridge express lanes. The lanes will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to accommodate this event.
-The Seattle Mariners play the New York Yankees at Safeco Field. Game time is 1:10 p.m.
-Seattle Hempfest at Seattle waterfront parks from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
