Seattle Aquarium
The Seattle Aquarium is a educational and entertainment experience that showcases the marine habitat of Puget Sound. Some of the exhibits include explorations of the lifecycle of salmon, the Discovery Lab, where children can touch starfish, crabs and anemones, and the aquarium's 400,000 gallon underwater dome, where visitors can stare up at a variety of sealife all around them.Along with the seals, sea lions and live daily feedings, the real show-stealers have to be Kenai, Kodiak and Lootas, the aquarium's (and the northwest's) native sea otters, whose penchant for the cute human tricks and big "love me" eyes never fail to please the crowds.Fall & Winter Hours: Sept. 2, 2003 to March 31, 2004
