NATO: Risk to Troops in Afghanistan Decreasing
British Lt. Gen and ISAF Deputy Commander Adrian Bradshaw said Wednesday that the risks to coalition forces in Afghanistan are reducing and should continue to decrease as they get closer to a handover in 2014. (Oct. 3)
