Obama Nominates SEC Chair, Consumer Watchdog
President Barack Obama on Thursday nominated Mary Jo White to lead the Securities and Exchange Commission. Obama also named Richard Cordray to stay on as head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (Jan. 24)
