Good Samaritan brings 4-year-old back to life after near drowning
A 4-year-old boy was found at the bottom of a pool in Hermosa Beach, another victim of an apparent drowning. Family member brought him to the pool deck, but he was unresponsive. That's when a good samaritan jumped into action and began performing CPR. He didn't stop until water began pouring out of the little boys mouth... and he began to breath again.
